Reception desk is in Via del Corso 504, and is NOT open H24. Check - in is possibile 24 hours, contacting the property IN ADVANCE.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the structures.
Pets are not allowed inside the structure.

STANDARD RATE
The reservation can be cancelled untile 5 days before check-in date. To confirm the reservation is necessary a preauthorization on a credit card for the full amount, or prepayment.

BE SAFE RATE (INSURANCE)
The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.

BeSafe Rate Payment Policy
100% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking.

The Travel Cancellation insurance coverage included in the insurance policy will be applied to the prepaid amount, the included insurance coverage relating to assistance remains unchanged.
Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT is included. City tax are not included.
